Daily Aamaal Checklist Sample (Printable)


السّلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

Following is a sample of a monthly ‘daily aamaal checklist’ something that could act as a daily reminder as well a daily tracker of one’s deeds.

  • It’s in MS Excel format so you can edit it as per your requirements.
  • It also includes space for Hijri calendar for those who wish to keep track of their nafl (non obligatory) fasts on Mondays and Thursdays as well as nafl fasts of the 13th, 14th and 15th of every Islamic month.
  • Print in landscape mode.  
  • Hijri dates would need to be penned.
  • End of the list includes a ‘total’ – a sum of all deeds (by assisgning a value of 1 for each deed) you have been performing daily, keeping track of your steadfastness.
